This comprehensive four-week program is designed for adults who are responsible for the care of children and adolescents diagnosed with ADHD. The primary aim of this program is to create a supportive space where caregivers can find community. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from the diverse experiences of others, as well as to develop practical and effective skills that will enable them to better manage the daily challenges and obstacles that often arise. when caring for those with ADHD. By participating in this program, caregivers can equip themselves with the necessary tools and strategies to help their loved ones thrive in all aspects of life.

Adolescent Depression & Anxiety Support Group

The primary aim of this group is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for young individuals who are dealing with anxiety and/or depression to share thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences in an environment that fosters understanding and empathy. By doing so, the group seeks to build strong connections among participants, reduce feelings of isolation, and actively promote mental wellness. This supportive community will achieve these goals through a variety of means, including: Peer Support: By connecting with others who face similar challenges, participants can find comfort in shared experiences and learn from one another. Psychoeducation: During informative sessions, members will gain valuable insights into mental health, helping them understand their conditions better and empowering them to manage them effectively. Healthy Coping Strategies: The group will explore and practice various techniques aimed at enhancing emotional resilience and equipping individuals with tools to handle life's stresses with grace.

Children's Socialization Play Group

This group serves to provide invaluable support to neurodivergent children aged 6–9, helping them to cultivate vital social and emotional skill. Sessions take place in an environment that is not only enjoyable and nurturing but also structured to facilitate learning and growth. The group places a strong emphasis on several key areas, including: Self-awareness: Encouraging children to understand their own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and how these can affect themselves and others. Emotional regulation: Assisting children in learning how to manage their emotions effectively, enabling them to respond to situations in a balanced manner. Social interaction: Providing opportunities for children to enhance their communication skills, engage with peers, and build meaningful relationships. Problem-solving: Developing the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve conflicts and overcome challenges they may encounter. These essential skills will be nurtured and developed through a variety of engaging methods, such as playful activities, meaningful discussions, and collaborative group exercises. By participating in this group, neurodivergent children will have the opportunity to grow in a supportive community, gaining confidence and the skills necessary to navigate social environments
